We are now looking for an engaged student consultant for an established company within technology and product-related trade. About the assignment

In this role, you will become part of the company's sustainability team, working on issues related to the environment, product requirements, legislation, and sustainable development. The team consists of specialists in sustainability, business development, and compliance who together support the business in important sustainability matters.

Here you will help handle incoming questions from both internal functions and external customers. Many questions concern product-related environmental information, legal requirements, declarations, and documentation. You will also contribute to structuring, collecting, and quality-assuring information to create better ways of working and long-term processes.

You will receive a thorough introduction and initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually take on more responsibility.

Your main responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on cases related to environmental and product-related issues
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Collect, review, and administer documentation related to environmental requirements and legislation
• Support the business with information searches and investigations
• Contribute to the structuring and improvement of internal processes and information management
• Ensure that documentation is stored and categorized efficiently for future use

We are looking for someone who

• Studies environmental science, sustainable development, environmental technology, or similar at a college or university
• Has a genuine interest in environmental and sustainability issues
• Thrives in collaboration and building good relationships
• Is structured and has the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Is proactive and dares to ask questions
• Has a drive for improvement and enjoys finding smarter ways of working

It is an advantage if you have an interest in technology, products, or vehicle-related issues, but this is not a requirement.

Scope and location

• This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by OIO.
• The assignment is carried out for our client, an established company with a strong focus on quality, development, and sustainability.
• Part-time, approx. 25%
• The assignment initially runs for a number of months with the possibility of extension depending on the business's needs and how the collaboration develops.
• Start date by agreement
• Workplace in Häggvik, Sollentuna
• The company works according to an "office first" principle and expects the work to be performed on-site
